Road Worker

Our client is seeking  Road Workers to support the construction and maintenance of vital road infrastructure projects. This role involves physically active, outdoor work using hand and power tools, assisting skilled tradespeople and machinery operators to keep our state highways safe and efficient.

Essential requirements:

• Unrestricted drivers licence
• Construction white card
• Workers on foot (or willing to obtain)
• Plant operator tickets and HR drivers licences is hlighy regarded and will attract a higher rate once established 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in road construction or maintenance
• Strong understanding of safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Working Conditions:

• 8–10 hour days, depending on daily location
• RDOs applicable (9-day fortnight structure in place)
• Flexibility to camp away when required
