Job Title: Road Worker
Location: Hay, NSW
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 19 December 2025 (possibility of extension)
Work Hours: 8.5 hours per day, 76 hours per fortnight
Work Structure: 9-day fortnight

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Road Worker to join our team in Hay. This role involves performing a variety of routine and physically demanding tasks, both independently and as part of a team, under the direction of a Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance activities including:
  • Road pavement repairs
  • Guard rail and signage maintenance
  • Traffic control duties
  • Pothole and shove repairs
  • Guide post installation
  • Rubbish collection
  • Attending call-outs
• Use of hand and power tools and machinery

Requirements

• White Card
• Workers on Foot
• Car Driver’s Licence (MR or above preferred)
• Traffic Control Ticket (or willingness to obtain)
• Police Check required
