Recruitment Team Lead /Manager - Corporate & Professional Services

We’re an award-winning recruitment business with a national footprint and a reputation for excellence. Right now, we’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Team Lead / Manager to lead our Professional Services team in Victoria, based in our modern CBD office.


What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and inspire a small team of recruitment consultants
• Manage your own white-collar recruitment desk across corporate and professional services (Accounting & Finance, Engineering & Technical, Business Support, and Executive Search)
• Drive business development and client engagement with some of Australia’s biggest name brands
• Manage key accounts, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service
• Oversee the P&L and run the business like it’s your own
• Report directly to the National GM – Professional Services

• Proven agency recruitment experience (team leadership experience highly regarded)
• A people person with a solution-centric mindset
• Strong team building and engagement skills
• Someone who leads from the front, drives performance, and takes the business to the next level
