We're on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Clayton team. This position will commence for an initial 3-month period but has the strong potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role for the right candidate. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting with volume recruitment of temporary staff for growing accounts
  • Complete physical screening assessments and reporting
  • Conduct phone screening and in person interviews
  • Answer inbound calls and assist with candidate queries
  • Ensuring client recruitment needs are managed in a timely manner

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
