We are thrilled to announce a new and exciting role for an enthusiastic and driven Industrial Recruitment Coordinator to join our high-performing Wetherill Park Industrial Team. This newly created position is pivotal in leading our industrial recruitment efforts and propelling our operations forward. 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This is a behind-the-scenes role focused on supporting our recruitment process by ensuring candidates are thoroughly screened, qualified, and seamlessly onboarded.

What you’ll be doing:
Interviewing and assessing blue-collar candidates for suitability.
Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinating pre-employment checks and compliance documentation.
Ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding of new starters.
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment function.

What we’re looking for:
Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills when engaging with candidates.
A proactive, process-driven approach with the ability to follow compliance requirements.
Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR support, or high-volume candidate management will be highly regarded.
