We are thrilled to announce a new and exciting role for an enthusiastic and driven Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Wetherill Park Industrial Team. This position is pivotal in leading our industrial recruitment efforts and propelling our operations forward.

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Industrial team, you will manage a 360° desk focusing on recruitment across Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics and Trades & Services. You will take pride in guiding employers through every stage of the hiring process—from initial client engagement to successful placement and aftercare—demonstrating your expertise, skill, and dedication. You will be supported by a mentor and have access to our comprehensive learning and development platform for continuous growth.

You excel in building trusting relationships and possess a strong background in business development that has supported your ability to exceed targets. What you will be doing

• Develop and manage relationships within the Industrial Sector
• Engage in business development with new clients
• Interviewing and assessing blue-collar candidates for suitability
• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinating pre-employment checks and compliance documentation
• Ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding of new starters
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment function
• Conduct headhunting, candidate attraction, and talent pooling
• Oversee screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates
• Stay informed on industry trends and market knowledge
• Account management
