Recruitment Consultant

Chandler Macleod, one of Australia’s most established recruitment agencies and part of Recruit Holdings, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Corporate & Professional Services team in Melbourne CBD.
This is an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across white-collar, professional services, and corporate roles, while building long-term client partnerships and growing a successful recruitment desk.
Key Responsibilities:

• Full end-to-end recruitment including job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
  
  
• Managing recruitment across corporate and professional services roles
  
  
• Business development, client relationship management, and account growth
  
  
• Proactive candidate sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pooling
  
  
• Delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced agency environment
  
  

Skills & Experience:

• Strong business development and client management skills
  
  
• Previous agency recruitment experience preferred (Consultant or Senior Consultant level)
  
  
• Proven ability to manage a sales desk and deliver results
  
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  
• Background recruiting across white-collar / professional services highly regarded
