Reconciliations Officer

Reconciliations Officer (Part-Time: 3–4 Days/Week) Tues–Thurs preferred

We’re partnering with a leading national retailer to recruit a detail‑driven Reconciliations Officer to support their Meat Production finance operations. This is a fantastic part‑time opportunity for someone who loves accuracy, problem‑solving, and working with data.

About the Role
Working 3–4 days per week (ideally Tuesday–Thursday), you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of livestock purchasing and payments data within a large, fast‑paced production environment. You’ll work closely with the Livestock and Finance teams and play a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial information across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily uploads of livestock purchase data into the ERP system ( D365), using information provided in Excel.
• Investigate and resolve upload errors, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Weekly reconciliations using established Excel-based processes.
• Monthly payments reconciliation across ERP and spreadsheet data to validate P&L accuracy.
• Support the business with ad hoc tasks across the Meat Production function.

• Strong Excel skills(comfortable working with formulas, reconciliation templates, and data validation).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident problem-solving ability, particularly when dealing with data discrepancies.
• Experience in reconciliations, finance operations, or ERP environments (D365 experience highly valued but not essential).
