Office Allrounder / Receptionist – Erskine Park
Casual Contract | Ongoing Casual Assignment
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Office Allrounder / Receptionist
to join a busy and supportive team based in Erskine Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established business in an ongoing casual contract role, initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
This onsite-only
position will see you playing a key part in supporting day-to-day office operations, handling reception duties, and assisting various departments with administrative and basic accounts tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, managing emails, and handling general enquiries
- Greeting clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional manner
- Performing data entry, document preparation, and filing tasks
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with accounts support including invoicing, POs, and reconciliations
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Providing general admin support across departments
- Ensuring a tidy, professional office environment
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
- Prior experience in a similar office support or reception role
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite essential)
- Confident communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic bookkeeping or accounts experience is a plus
- Experience with SAP Business One is highly regarded
