Reception & Administration Officer

Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly organised, detail-driven professional to support Baiada’s processing plant in Tamworth. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in Live Bird Intake, Reception, Production Planning, and Sales, helping keep operations running smoothly.
 

• $25.74 – $29.70 per hour + 25% casual loading

About the role
In this varied, fast-paced position, your key responsibilities are:
 

• Live Bird Intake: Verify dockets, cross-check systems, manage data entry, and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Reception: Welcome visitors, manage sign-in/out, answer calls, and liaise with HR and staff
• Production Planning: Check kilos, support planners, and assist with reports
• Sales: Contact customers daily, process orders via TBM, prepare delivery documents, run reports, and support drivers

You’re detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working across departments, delivering accurate results, and providing excellent customer service.

Essential Skills

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational ability
