About the Role

The Performance, Quality and National Workload Management Branch helps ensure participants have a consistent, high-quality experience. The branch reviews operational activities, identifies trends and issues, and shares insights to improve performance and quality.
The role also supports staff capability by providing guidance, learning resources, and practice advice to strengthen performance across the Agency.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Review operational files to check quality, compliance, and correct processes.
  • Provide clear, evidence-based written assessments and recommendations.
  • Record outcomes accurately following privacy and data policies.
  • Identify risks to participants or the Agency and take appropriate action.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and best practices.
  • Assist in implementing improvements that support branch and Agency goals.
  • Support and mentor team members to improve skills and quality outcomes.

You Must Have
  • Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Strong written communication and accurate data recording.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, making sound decisions.
  • Able to assess complex issues and reach logical conclusions.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Uses feedback constructively and takes responsibility for improving skills and performance.

  • Location:  Townville, Robina, Newcastle, and Adelaide
  • $55.26 hourly + Super
