About the Role
As our Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client operates to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee risk management frameworks, privacy compliance, and quality systems while leading a team that includes Payroll Officer and a Compliance officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage quality, risk, and compliance initiatives across the business.
- Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislative requirements.
- Maintain and report against contractual and compliance obligations.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and risk management processes.
- Act as Privacy Officer and manage privacy-related inquiries and compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and quality throughout the organization.
- Strong payroll experience with a proven track record in managing payroll processes and teams.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, compliance, and quality systems.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards (e.g., OH&S Act).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
