About the Project
This role supports a large-scale wind farm construction project. You’ll work closely with the project, site, and quality teams to ensure all construction and installation activities meet quality requirements.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Quality Advisor
to promote a proactive quality culture on site and ensure effective implementation of the Quality Management System. The position includes both hands-on site inspections and quality documentation responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an engaged team player with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site quality inspections and monitor contractor work across wind turbine construction, earthworks, foundations, access roads, and drainage
- Verify and track site testing results and installation records
- Review contractor quality deliverables and ensure adherence to requirements
- Perform material inspections and coordinate handovers
- Organise and participate in punch list walkdowns; verify close-out of punch list items
- Assist with contractor and supplier audits
- Manage non-conformances and support resolution of quality issues
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality role (construction or heavy industry preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with both field-based inspection work and documentation
