About the role
In your new role of a QA officer, you will support the team in:
 

• Carry out routine checks on the processing floor — monitoring CCPs, product quality, paperwork, and daily production records.
• Conduct internal audits and help prepare for external audits such as SQF or customer audits.
• Work with production teams to reinforce good hygiene, food safety and quality practices on the floor.
• Make sure all cleaning, sanitation and pest control work has been done properly and meets site hygiene standards.
• Monitor and verify compliance with HACCP, QA and food safety programs
• Assist with quality investigations and customer complaints by gathering information and supporting corrective actions

About you
As a QA Officer, you’ll help ensure products and processes meet our quality and food safety standards. In addition, you will bring:
 

• Previous experience in quality assurance or food processing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing quality checks and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistency across shifts.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with production teams and supervisors.
• Basic computer skills for recording QA data and updating system records.
