Temp with potential to turn permanent for the right person

8am to 4.30pm Mon-Fri (Review 1 day WFH once reviewed in 6 weeks)

Role:
Onboarding and managing vendors in SAP, providing back up support to one of the Purchasing Officers and general purchasing admin tasks.
What You’ll Do:
In this dynamic position, you'll provide high-quality transactional procurement support. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing Vendor onboarding
- Managing Master Data of Vendors in SAP
- Converting approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders
- Collaborating with the procurement, inventory, and accounts teams
- Managing inboxes, generating reports, and performing various administrative tasks
- Engaging with stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service
We're seeking someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within a large organisation
- Familiarity with SAP and/or Pulse Mining ERP systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
