Chandler Macleod is seeking experienced Property Managers to join our client’s Service Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an APS employee looking to take on a 12-month S26 transfer in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to required standards.
- Conduct inspections, identify tenant liability, and coordinate property preparation for new occupants.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance services within allocated budgets, including raising work orders, monitoring progress, and authorising payments.
- Accurately maintain property management systems and ensure properties are returned for tenancy within required timeframes.
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service and escalate complex issues when required.
- Work collaboratively within a regional team environment to deliver on service outcomes.
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to balance business needs, compliance, and best practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High-level organisational skills, with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to quickly acquire knowledge of government processes, relevant legislation, and organisational systems.
- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet objectives.
