Job Title:  Property Services Administrator

About the role
The Property Services Administrator provides high-quality customer service and administrative support to the Property & Services team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of property-related projects and services.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general coordination and administrative support for property services projects
  • Review and update workflow processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Create and maintain project-specific documentation
  • Record, maintain, and update project registers and databases
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely manner or escalate as appropriate
  • Manage electronic document filing and retrieval systems
  • Coordinate trade and construction personnel for property-related tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Work Health and Safety, to ensure compliance and smooth operations
  • Process invoices and assist in the preparation of reports

Essential Criteria

  • Certificate III in Business (Administration)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in property, facilities, or project management
  • Experience in infrastructure or utilities sectors
  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems
