Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator – Tier 1 Supports & Autism Module Implementation (3-Month Term)

Location: NOR

Term: 3 Months (Term 4, 2025)

Commencement: As soon as possible
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator or education professional with strong project and stakeholder management skills to support the Online Education Service (OES) in the planning and rollout of a key Department initiative.

This short-term role (Term 4, 2025) will be instrumental in supporting the definition and establishment of a new  sustainability program for the Tier 1 Supports and Autism Module, set to launch in 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Map key milestones and dependencies across multiple, interrelated projects 
  • Plan and document a detailed implementation and sustainability program for the Tier 1 Supports and Autism Module (2026)
  • Coordinate consultation processes with key stakeholders
  • Work closely with OES team members to manage and monitor project dependencies
  • Define the parameters, responsibilities, and scope supporting this initiative
  • Manage the Expressions of Interest (EOI) process for the new role, including supporting selection activities
  • Prepare high-quality project documentation, reports, and progress updates
Who We’re Looking For:

An organised and proactive individual with:
  • Experience in project coordination or education program delivery within the school or system-level context
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain project momentum
  • An understanding of inclusive education, autism support, or professional learning in schools would be highly regarded
