Project Support Officer
Transformation Projects

Location: Adelaide CBD
Work Type: Full-Time | 3-Month Contract | Immediate Start

Join a dynamic transformation team supporting critical business improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Project Support Officer to provide essential coordination, administration, and process support across fast-moving project environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record and track action items.
  • Support project leaders and teams to deliver outputs and meet key deadlines.
  • Manage finance and procurement forms, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, and internal systems.
  • Assist with onboarding, logistics, and administrative tasks to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused culture.

About You
You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in busy, fast-paced project environments. You bring:
  • Strong administration or project support experience within corporate or government settings.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • A positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to support wherever needed.
