Project Support Officer | Temp to Perm | North Ryde (Hybrid)

Location: North Ryde, Sydney (Hybrid: 2–3 days WFH after initial office onboarding)
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP (interviews early next week)

Are you an organised, proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for an exceptional Project Support Officer to provide high-level support to the General Manager of Maintenance & ITS and their senior leadership team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, welcoming team in a hybrid role that offers meaningful work within a nationally respected infrastructure services organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide executive-level administrative and personal assistant support to the GM and leadership team.

  • Manage diaries, travel bookings, internal communications, and confidential matters.

  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and onboarding activities.

  • Support office management and team operations (e.g., scheduling, reporting, and document formatting).

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:
  • Previous experience in an EA/Project Support/Team Coordinator role (ideally within infrastructure, engineering, or construction).

  • Exceptional organisation, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Friendly, professional approach with strong emotional intelligence.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

  • The ability to hit the ground running, work autonomously, and adapt quickly.
