Are you a seasoned Electrical Construction Professional ready to lead large-scale projects with precision and expertise? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Supervisor – Electrical
to oversee vital construction operations at one of our client’s Pilbara mine sites. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate complex activities, and ensure the successful delivery of a significant infrastructure project.

About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating construction works, verifying site set-out, and liaising effectively with subcontractors and suppliers. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining schedules, supervising quality and safety standards, and reporting progress to leadership. With a focus on electrical construction, you will bring your strong communication and technical skills to ensure seamless project execution.

- Proven ability to program and schedule construction activities effectively
- Strong understanding of survey and set-out practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Valid WA A Grade Electrical License
- Mechanical experience is essential
- Experience in driving strategy and mentoring team members
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers
- Experience in inspecting materials, equipment, and services supplied by EPC contractors
