Are you passionate about risk management and project assurance? Ou client is currently seeking a Project Risk and Assurance Advisor to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery across a diverse portfolio.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Quality Audit Program within the enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO).
  • Facilitate project risk workshops and support risk reviews.
  • Provide expert advice on project risk and assurance to key stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor project teams on risk management best practices.
  • Maintain project risk registers and common project controls.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and improve project assurance programs, including audits and health checks.
  • Support project managers with risk policies, tools, and templates.
  • Contribute to strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold organisational values.
 
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
Essential:
  • Tertiary qualifications and experience in risk management and/or project management.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in risk and project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable:
  • Experience with civil infrastructure programs.
  • Ability to undertake quantitative risk analysis.
  • Exposure to local government environments.
Special Requirements
  • Ability to work flexible hours and across multiple sites, including construction sites.
  • Current driver’s licence.
