Project Manager/Lead

🚧 Senior Project Manager/Lead – Civil | FIFO from Brisbane, Cairns or Townsville | Weipa Site-Based Role 🚧


Chandler Macleod is proud to partner with a leading mining client to deliver implementation and management of this exciting infrastructure development.You’ll lead the construction of major civil works, managing all aspects of project delivery including scheduling, cost control, QA, contractor engagement, and environmental compliance.


📍  Location:  Weipa (FIFO options available from Brisbane, Cairns, or other East Coast locations)
📆  Roster:  5/2 Roster or 10/4.


Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver civil projects safely and on time
• Manage contractors, procurement, and QA
• Track costs, KPIs, and schedules
• Drive risk management and stakeholder engagement

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Strong experience in project leadership roles (Senior years in civil construction/earthmoving project delivery)
• Experience with large civil projects
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of integrity, proactive attitude, and strong work ethic
