Job Description:

As a Project Manager within the Engineering Modifications & Operations Projects (M&OPs) team, you will lead the delivery of multiple concurrent projects across a range of disciplines including civil, mechanical, electrical and environmental scopes. Reporting to the Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
This role suits a proactive and organised leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage competing priorities and brings a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams. A strong commercial background will be highly advantageous, enabling you to drive value, manage contracts effectively and support sound investment decisions. You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting the development of emerging project professionals within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple small to medium capital projects.
- Manage multi-discipline project scopes, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental components.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and risk registers, ensuring alignment with business case objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, operations, HSE, procurement and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with site standards, statutory requirements and the clients governance framework.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to manage scope, cost, schedule and quality deviations.
- Lead project reviews, reporting and assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Champion safety and field leadership, embedding a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.
- Support the development of junior team members, including Project Engineers and Junior Project Managers through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement through the Operating System and contribute to portfolio-wide initiatives.
