As a Project Improvement Specialist, you will:
- Support the ongoing improvement of the Project Management Framework (PMF), including processes, workflows, and documentation.
- Assist in implementing lessons learned actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to governance development through policies, tools, and templates.
- Provide project support to ensure efficient delivery of construction projects and strategic programs.
- Facilitate change management, training, and coaching within project teams.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to foster collaboration and improvement.
- Enhance project practices aligned with strategic goals.
- Evaluate and report on project performance, recommending improvements.
- Support portfolio governance and reporting.
- Employ business improvement methodologies to optimize project delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in project delivery and coordination within mining or large-scale construction.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to assess and report on project performance.
- Familiarity with governance processes and tools.
