Job Title:  Project Engineer – Electrical
Location:  Kooragang Island, NSW
Employment Type:  Contract / Temporary (Start Early 2026)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated  Project Engineer (Electrical)  to join our team at Kooragang Island. In this role, you will support project delivery under the guidance of an experienced project lead, managing as-built documentation, commissioning activities, and contributing to the successful completion of engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineer to develop project management skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project execution and commissioning activities under the supervision of a senior project lead.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain as-built documentation for electrical systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Identify potential risks and contribute solutions to project challenges.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical input and recommendations on electrical engineering aspects of projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years’ experience in electrical project engineering.
• Experience preparing as-built documentation and supporting commissioning activities.
• Strong understanding of project engineering processes and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing or similar industries.
• Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
