🚧 Project Delivery Supervisor – Crushing & Screening Operations
📍 Pilbara Region | 🛫 FIFO from Perth 
🕗 8:6 Roster | 💰 $60–$64/hr + Super

We’re seeking a Project Delivery Supervisor to join a high-performing team overseeing a critical crushing and screening operation in the Pilbara. This is a 6–8 week contract with the potential for extension - ideal for someone between projects or a Leading Hand ready to step into a supervisory role.

🔍 About the Role: You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the crushing and screening project phase, ensuring operational compliance, contractor management, and on-time delivery. Following crushing, materials will be transferred to a stockyard for loader-based transportation — some earthworks exposure is a bonus.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure schedule is delivered safely and on time
• Coordinate contractors and manage compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Monitor supply and contract management processes
• Use CMS systems to track progress and report on milestones
• Ensure seamless transition of material from crushing phase to stockyard operations
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve issues proactively

✅ What You’ll Need

• Experience supervising crushing and screening operations (earthworks exposure beneficial)
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, contract management, and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with CMS systems and contractor coordination
• Certifications:
  
  • Section 26 (S26)
  • Working at Heights
  • Confined Spaces
• Ability to lead from the front with a safety-first mindset
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Hours: 12-hour days
• Rate:$60–$64/hour + super on all hours
  FIFO from Perth

• Contract Length: 6–8 weeks with potential to extend
