This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured project environments, enjoys problem‑solving, and can confidently partner with Project Managers, senior stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of multiple enterprise projects and programs through hands‑on coordination, governance, reporting, and documentation.
You’ll work closely with Project Managers to keep schedules on track, maintain governance materials, monitor risks and issues, and support day‑to‑day project operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and update project schedules (Microsoft Project).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.
  • Track risks, issues, actions and maintain registers.
  • Produce meeting minutes and coordinate project ceremonies.
  • Assist with procurement activities including raising purchase requisitions in SAP.
  • Maintain project documentation and SharePoint libraries.
  • Support project health checks, audits, and stage‑gate reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with Project Managers and stakeholders to enable project success.
  • Develop insights and reporting using Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes for project resources.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role within project environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of project delivery processes including scheduling, reporting, cost tracking, risk and issue management, and governance.
  • Experience preparing project documentation such as status reports, dashboards, budgets, and decision papers.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP EPPM (S4HANA) and Microsoft Project Online is highly desirable.
  • Competency in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and general Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at multiple levels.
  • Ability to work across complex, multi‑functional environments with competing priorities.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or Project Management (PRINCE2, PMBOK, AgilePM preferred).
