We’re seeking an experienced Project Controller to join a leading utilities provider for a 6-month contract based in Perth CBD. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in project management, finance, or compliance who thrives on planning, analysis, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project control activities, including scheduling, budgeting, risk tracking, and reporting
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver compliance-related projects to meet deadlines and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in compliance and project systems
  • Monitor project performance, flag variances, and support forecasting and cost control
  • Prepare project documentation and support internal and external audit requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and compliance obligations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in project control, project management, or PMO support roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficient in project tools (e.g. MS Project, SAP, Power BI, Excel) and Microsoft 365
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement
