Project Advisor

Expereinced Project advisor required for FIFO role - 8/6 Roster
Provide site support and updates to Project Leads to ensure Project safety, schedule and quality are met
Coach and mentor our Contracting Partners in RTIO systems and processes
Organise site HME Delivery works and liaise with area owners and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with RTIO policies and procedures and the RTIO Contractor Management System
Conduct regular reviews of Project documentation
Ensure all incidents are investigated and that all actions are implemented accordingly
Strong people skills, with the ability to work with Contractors
Effective communicator and influencer
Interpret and Implement systems, processes and procedures
Good understanding of Project Management principles
Able to work effectively in changing environments
Problem solve complex situations
Worked within a multi-disciplinary and diverse team
Project Delivery and Contractor Management
Exposure to RTIO Safety Systems or similar HSE system coached, mentored or supervised a team
Heavy industry (Non-essential)
Intermediate knowledge in MS Office
A current and valid manual ‘C Class’ driver's license.
