This is a great opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join this busy team on a 12-month assignment.
About the role:
- Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies.
- Provide senior level project management/administrative support and coordination.
- Create, maintain, and augment reports, analyses, and manage risks and issues registers.
- Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, value proposition, and impacted organisational functions and systems.
- Facilitate team meetings and manage team kanban board.
- Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the Scheme and Payment Platforms branch.
- Schedule & organise project meetings/workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Have a hands-on approach to guide and support the team.
- Safeguard program processes and documentation.
Skills required for this role:
- You will have 4-6 years’ experience working in a similar role.
- You will demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- You will demonstrate experience in hands-on program management.
- You will demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
- You will demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Benefits:

- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- VIC (Richmond) and NSW (Surry Hills) locations
- $55.26 hourly + Super
