Production Worker – Concrete Manufacturing Environment

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Workers to join our fast-paced facility. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production team responsible for helping produce high-quality concrete pipes used in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery involved in the casting, curing, and finishing of reinforced concrete pipes
• Assist in mixing, pouring, and molding concrete to ensure product consistency and quality
• Inspect pipes for defects and ensure they meet company and industry standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Handle materials and equipment efficiently to support continuous production flow
• Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

• Drivers License and own vehicle
• Physically fit
• Pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol test

Desirable:

• Forklift license
• Confined Spaces ticket
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment 
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime if required
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE)
