Electrician & Production Technician
$40–$50 per hour + RDOs + Ongoing Full-Time Work

We’re recruiting on behalf of a long-standing and reputable client who is seeking a versatile Electrician & Production Technician

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for the electrical and mechanical assembly, testing, and fault-finding of high-quality systems used in pumping, metering, and control applications. The role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Duties:
– Assemble and wire electrical systems from schematic drawings.
– Conduct functional testing and commissioning of equipment.
– Perform fault-finding and resolve technical issues on electrical components.
– Work with both electrical and mechanical parts.
– Maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
– Contribute to WHS compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
– A-Grade Electrical Licence (mandatory).
– Experience with electrical assembly and wiring.
– Comfortable working in a hands-on environment involving both mechanical and electrical components.
– Able to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
– PLC or VSD experience is a bonus but not essential.
– Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
– Must be willing to undergo a Police Check if required.
