About the Role

This role sits at the heart of our client’s operations. As Production Team Leader, you’ll guide a team responsible for meeting production targets, maintaining quality, and ensuring customer expectations are met every day.
It’s a role for someone who enjoys being active, supporting a team, and keeping things running efficiently — part motivator, part problem-solver, part conductor of a busy, productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Allocate daily tasks and support the team to meet production deadlines
✔ Monitor product quality and take action where needed
✔ Promote and uphold safe work practices
✔ Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
✔ Collaborate with other Team Leaders to meet daily production goals

Who They’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Good personal fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods
• A positive, practical, hands‑on approach to work
• Previous Team Leader/Supervisor experience (ideal but not essential)
• Strong people and mentoring skills
