Production Supervisor

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Production Mining Supervisor to join the Load & Haul team onsite with a respected tier-one mining operation. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role within a high-performing production environment.

About the Role

• Supervise and lead Load & Haul operators to achieve daily and shift production targets
• Oversee day-to-day load and haul activities to maximise fleet performance and utilisation
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, procedures, and company policies
• Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, performance, and collaboration

About You

• Proven supervisory experience within open-pit mining
• Strong understanding of load and haul operations
• Effective leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

What’s on Offer

• $80 - $95ph dependent on experience
• 2/2 roster supporting strong work–life balance
• 6 Months contract with a possibilty of ongoing.
