As the Production Manager, you will be a driving force behind the manufacturing operations. Your role will encompass overseeing all production aspect, ensuring flawless execution while upholding top-tier efficiency, quality, and safety standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving production targets and delivering products that consistently exceed customer expectations.

About the Role:

• Ensure all required KPI targets are met on a daily basis
• Ensure all orders are completed in timely manner
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate
• Manage Shift Roster / Maintain Levels and Employee Performance
• Maintaining high standards of all workplace policies
• Maintaining high standards in Food Safety
• Set a positive example for the team
• Develop strategies to improve stock control /rotation processes
• Drive improvements in WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) performance

Requirements:

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ongoing outstanding attendance
• Flexible availability
• Demonstrate competent time management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to strong computer skills
• Strong commitment to WHS, food safety, and environmental systems
• Experience in invoicing and receiving goods
• People management and conflict resolutions skills

Desirable Qualifications:

• Current forklift ticket
• Certificate IV Frontline Management 
• Certificate III &/or IV Warehousing 
• Food Safety & HACCP Certification
• Fire Warden / Extinguisher Training / Exposure 
• Spill Kit Training / Exposure
• Fatigue Management
