Production Mining All Rounder Operators - DIDO

Looking for more than just another operator role? This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing production mining crew delivering consistent output across a large-scale WA operation, with strong rates and long-term stability.

We are seeking skilled operators who take pride in safe, efficient production and working as part of a tight-knit crew. Each shift you will be contributing directly to mine output, operating some of the largest and most capable equipment in the industry.


What’s in it for you

• Competitive pay rates
Truck Operators from $61.00 per hour
All Rounder Operators $65.00 to $68.00 per hour
• Shift allowance paid per day worked
• Lifestyle roster – 2 days, 2 nights, 5 off
• Residential drive-in, drive-out role in Western Australia
• Operate modern production equipment including large dozers, graders, excavators and haul trucks
• Stable production environment with a strong focus on safety, teamwork and performance


What we’re looking for

• Current and valid Driver’s Licence
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ mining or large-scale earthmoving experience
• Residentially based in the South West of WA
• Full Australian working rights
