Production Manager (Exhibition Industry)
Location: Balmain, Sydney
Type: Permanent, Full-Time ( Office Based & some on-site Travel )

Are you a highly organised professional with a knack for project management in the exhibition industry? Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of a leading exhibition company for a dynamic Production Manager to turn concepts into seamless, fully executed projects.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Manage multiple exhibition projects end-to-end, including quoting, planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee on-site installs, builds, AV, signage, and client handovers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, venues, and organisers to ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop job scopes, integrate quotes into budgets, and secure approvals.

What We're After:
 

• Proven experience in the exhibition industry (or related fields such as events, media, or building).
• Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident handling multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a practical, solutions-first mindset.
• Flexibility for interstate travel and occasional weekend work during event periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Start Date: As soon as possible (ideally November/December 2025).
