We’re looking for a commercially minded Product Manager
with experience in the consumer electronics space to lead the lifecycle of a product portfolio across multiple markets. The role suits someone who’s hands-on, confident working across the end-to-end product process, and motivated by growth.
You’ll be responsible for everything from strategy and supplier management through to forecasting, launches, and performance reporting. This role calls for someone who can identify opportunities, move quickly, and collaborate across teams to get results. Strong commercial thinking, data literacy and a customer focus are key.
We’re after someone who’s resilient, curious, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’ll bring a growth mindset, a sense of accountability, and the drive to manage and grow a defined product portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full lifecycle of a defined product portfolio, from strategy to market exit.
- Use data, market trends and customer feedback to shape product direction.
- Lead go-to-market activity, working with vendors and internal teams across sales, operations and marketing.
- Drive pricing, forecasting, inventory, and promotional activity to support commercial goals.
- Build business cases and reporting to support investment decisions and measure product performance.
- Strengthen vendor relationships to improve terms, negotiate deals, and support brand growth.
- Own product marketing materials and ensure teams have the tools they need to sell and support the range.
- Engage with customers and attend trade events to stay connected with the market.
- Ensure all products meet relevant compliance, regulatory and business standards.
- At least 5 years’ experience in product management or a similar role, ideally within consumer electronics or an adjacent industry (e.g. tech retail, telecommunications, AV, smart home).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, forecasting, margin management and supplier negotiation.
- Proven ability to manage products from concept through to launch and end-of-life.
- Comfortable working with data to guide decisions and spot opportunities.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and work independently.
- Experience building business cases and delivering product performance reports.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on learning, improvement and results.
- Customer-focused, team-oriented and confident managing internal and external relationships.
- A background in sales or vendor/channel management in the electronics or tech space.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Pronto.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
