Chandler Macleod is partnering with a highly respected organisation in the financial services/fintech sector to recruit an experienced Product & Delivery Manager for a 12‑month max‑term contract, with strong potential for extension. This is a high‑impact role that bridges product, operations, and technology, perfect for someone who loves bringing structure, clarity, and strategic execution to complex, multi‑stream initiatives.

About the Role

As the Product & Delivery Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s core lending products and operational systems. You’ll translate strategy into actionable delivery plans, drive governance and stakeholder alignment, and ensure initiatives are executed smoothly across product, technology, and operations. You’ll be at the centre of delivery excellence, optimising workflows, introducing automation opportunities, and elevating product and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Delivery

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of product and system initiatives
• Convert business strategy into delivery roadmaps and actionable plans
• Oversee product & system lifecycles using Agile methodologies
• Maintain strong documentation and delivery governance

Project & Change Leadership

• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across product, tech, and process improvement
• Set cadence, prioritisation, and visibility of delivery outcomes
• Drive structured change management and communication

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement automation and workflow efficiencies
• Embed data‑driven decision‑making
• Track delivery performance and uplift operational maturity

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Influence senior leaders and resolve delivery roadblocks
• Balance commercial, risk, and operational needs

Team Leadership

• Lead and coach a small team of analysts and delivery specialists
• Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and accountability

About You

You are a resilient, strategic, and commercially minded product operator who enjoys solving complex problems in a scaling environment. You bring structured delivery capability, strong communication skills, and the ability to build alignment across diverse teams.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in product management, product operations, or delivery leadership
• Background in financial services, fintech, or technology‑led environments
• Ability to manage multiple streams across business + technology
• Experience leading small delivery or analysis teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Understanding of automation, process optimisation, and data‑driven improvement
