A major State Government agency in the Perth CBD is recruiting experienced procurement and contract management professionals for multiple roles. These positions support high‑risk contract oversight, compliance, and procurement processes across key public‑sector projects. Previous state gov experiene will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities – Contracts Manager & Senior Contracts Officer
- Manage high‑risk contracts and ensure delivery against terms, milestones, and pricing
- Lead compliance reporting, performance reviews, negotiation, and dispute resolution
- Provide advice on contract planning, development, renewals, and extensions
- Support business areas with procurement policies and best practice
- Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships
- Prepare reports and documentation for procurement and contract matters
- Ensure compliance with government procurement frameworks
- Maintain and monitor the contract database
- Assist with contract development, variations, and renewals
- Support procurement teams and SMEs with documentation
- Conduct compliance reporting and KPI performance reviews
- Process contract changes in line with agency requirements
- Assist with risk management plans and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure adherence to government procurement policies
