We’re partnering with a leading global logistics and e-commerce business to find a Process Specialist to join their Brisbane team on a full-time, contract basis. This business is scaling Third Party (3P) partnerships within the Australian fulfilment network and requires proactive professionals who can own and optimise processes, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver process-driven outcomes.

Based at a 3PL site in Heathwood, this role will focus on supporting day-to-day operations, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. You’ll be trained on in-house systems, including WMS, and will take ownership of creating and maintaining SOPs, driving process improvements, and acting as the escalation point for operational issues. While you will provide process guidance, direct training of 3P employees is managed by their own teams. This assignment will continue for the duration of the EF site’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise daily processes with external 3P EF stakeholders
  • Raise tickets and follow up on issues affecting EF operations
  • Contribute to health and safety practices across EF operations
  • Prepare reporting documentation including end-of-shift reports, WBRs, and MBRs
  • Track and report on project progress, identifying risks and mitigation plans
  • Implement and refine processes for new and existing EF sites
  • Maintain SOPs and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance on system use and process adherence (not direct training)
  • Support team performance by analysing site results and identifying improvements
  • Spot and action small but important enhancements, e.g. improving tracking to ensure priority products are processed first

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • 2+ years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related process-focused roles
  • Ability to work across multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvement
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and basic SQL
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends during seasonal peaks

What’s On Offer
  • Join a world-leading logistics and e-commerce organisation
  • Exposure to high-impact projects and new site launches
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture
  • Competitive contract terms with development opportunities
  • Assignment continues for the duration of the EF site’s operations
