We’re partnering with a leading global logistics and e-commerce business to find a Process Specialist to join their Brisbane team on a full-time, contract basis. This business is scaling Third Party (3P) partnerships within the Australian fulfilment network and requires proactive professionals who can own and optimise processes, coordinate stakeholders, and focus on process-driven outcomes across multiple responsibilities.
You’ll take ownership of supporting a 3PL site in Heathwood as well as ongoing operations, monitoring project progress, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance. You’ll receive training and support on the WMS system, enabling you to proactively manage and refine processes as they arise. This is a dynamic role where you’ll own and optimise processes across multiple responsibilities, ensuring operational standards, safety compliance, and strong stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise day-to-day processes between the business and external 3P EF stakeholders
- Assist in embedding a strong culture of health and safety across EF operations
- Develop, prepare, and refine reporting documentation, including daily end-of-shift reports, WBRs, MBRs, and other performance metrics
- Track and report project progress for new site launches, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans
- Design, implement, and optimise processes to support EF operations for both new and existing sites
- Prepare and maintain SOPs and continuously improve existing processes
- Support training and onboarding of new onsite personnel, including guidance on WMS usage, coaching, and technical support
- Partner with internal stakeholders to standardise order and escalation processes and mitigate operational risks
- Analyse site performance to inform improvements and ensure service, quality, productivity, and cost objectives are met
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in process-focused roles within Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent experience
- Comfortable working across multiple process responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookUps) and basic SQL
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using data and metrics to drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak events
What's In It For You?
- Opportunity to work within a world-leading logistics and e-commerce organisation
- Exposure to high-impact projects, new site launches, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Competitive employment terms with development opportunities
