Join a high-performing Governance team within a dynamic Portfolio Management Office (PMO). We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Officer who can step in immediately and provide expert governance, reporting and program oversight across a complex portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
As the Principal Program Officer, you will:

• Ensure consistent application of agreed portfolio governance practices, timelines, communications and templates.
• Prepare high-quality reports, briefings and documentation to support senior and executive decision-making.
• Monitor, track and report on action items, and conduct research, investigations and analysis of sensitive and confidential matters.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business units and stakeholders to support service delivery excellence.
• Identify strategic issues, provide clear analysis, and deliver innovative and practical solutions.
• Contribute to the development of strategies and management plans to support portfolio objectives.

• Coordinate and manage agendas, papers, minutes and action items for governance committees.
• Provide advice on governance requirements, meeting protocols and decision-making processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely distribution of documentation and follow-up on required outcomes.
• Maintain high-quality record-keeping, ensuring all artefacts are stored correctly in designated document management systems.
