$39.11 – $48.38 per hour + Super | 3-Week Contract | Local Government | VIC

We’re seeking an experienced and qualified Pool Inspector to provide short-term coverage for a 3-week period with a respected local council. This role plays an important part in supporting the community through pool and spa barrier safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pool and spa barrier inspections and ensure compliance with the Building Act 1993 and Building Regulations 2018.
• Respond to pool safety and register enquiries.
• Assist with safety audits, compliance programs and enforcement actions as required.
• Provide advice and support to internal teams and the public on building and safety matters.

About You:

• Diploma of Building Surveying (essential).
• Registration as a Pool Inspector (preferred).
• Experience within local government or a similar regulatory environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Current Victorian driver’s licence.
