Our client AGL is seeking a PMO Reporting Analyst to join the transformation program team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights. Role is based in Melbourne CBD in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting & Dashboard Development:  Build and maintain program-level reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel macros.
  • Automation & Integration:  Develop automated reporting solutions using Power Automate, integrating data from tools like Jira, Microsoft Project (MPP), SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Analytics & Insights:  Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • PMO Support:  Assist with general PMO activities including risk and issue tracking, resource onboarding/offboarding, procurement support, and document management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:  Collaborate with project managers, stream leads, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  About You
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel (including macros), and Power Automate.
  • Prior experience working in large transformation projects and fast paced environments highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Project is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Experience in both agile and waterfall project environments is beneficial.
