Plumber

Chandler Macleod is seeking a Plumber to support the team at Baiada, Hanwood.

About the role
In your new role as a plumber at the Baiada Processing Plant, you will support the team in:
 

• Perform routine plumbing maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on plant systems and equipment.
• Ensure all plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely to minimise downtime.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and carry out preventive maintenance.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of water and waste systems.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update maintenance management systems.
• Assist with installation of new plumbing systems and plant upgrades.
• Always follow Baiada’s safety procedures and policies.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
 

• Australian trade qualification as a Plumber.
• Proven experience in both preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Strong skills in pipe fitting, repairs, and installation.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems and plumbing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and reporting issues.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
