- $35.98 per hour
- Monday - Saturday 11 PM – 7 AM
- Saturday penalties and allowances apply
- Potential for permanent employment following probation
About the Role
As an Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring trucks are accurately weighed in and out, completing records, and performing Chain of Responsibility (COR) checks
- Overseeing plant operation, plant checks, accurate recording of operational parameters
- Completing general housekeeping of the processing area, including sweeping, vacuuming, foaming and hosing
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently, as well as filling bulk bags with finished products
- Completing monitoring forms across several areas of operation and as requested
- Flexibility with working hours is essential, will include some weekend and shift work
- Buddy training will be provided for the first 3 months
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, reliable, and hands-on Operator who is eager to grow their career within a dynamic and expanding organisation. You will bring:
- Logical thought processes
- A strong commitment to long-term career growth
- Intermediate computer skills
- A mechanical mindset
- Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks
- A valid forklift license (Preferably with experience) or willing to obtain
- A dependable work history and reliable transportation
- Full Australian work rights (permanent residency or citizenship)
