About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the clinical assessment and management of work-related musculoskeletal injuries, as well as managing the onsite Physiotherapy service and clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Early Intervention & Proactive Care: Act as the first point of contact for musculoskeletal injuries via telehealth, phone, and face-to-face consultations.
- Clinical Excellence: Assess, treat, and manage musculoskeletal disorders with tailored rehabilitation programs.
- Education & Coaching: Deliver injury prevention strategies and build site-wide capability.
- Workplace Impact: Conduct ergonomic and psychosocial risk assessments, contribute to injury investigations, and provide evidence-based solutions.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with Health & Safety and Human Factors teams to reduce injury recurrence and improve outcomes.
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (mandatory).
- Australian qualifications OR New Zealand qualifications with AHPRA registration.
- Placement or general experience in Australia or New Zealand(essential).
- Domestic graduates who meet registration requirements are encouraged to apply.
- Clean criminal, drug, and alcohol history.
- Clinical experience in musculoskeletal and outpatient care.
- A proactive, learning mindset and passion for workplace health.
- Experience in Occupational Health, Ergonomics, or industrial settings (advantageous but not essential).
- Interest in further study or specialisation is welcomed and supported.
