A Melbourne based organisation is seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor to support a broad range of people related functions. The role focuses on providing trusted advice, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive and productive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations and Advisory
• Provide accurate advice to leaders and employees on policies, procedures, and employment legislation
• Support performance matters, absence management, conflict resolution, and end of employment processes
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to support engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Policy and Compliance
• Maintain and update people related policies, procedures, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal standards
• Manage contracts, templates, and people related information with accuracy
Benefits Management
• Review and assess the effectiveness of employee benefits programs
• Provide guidance on wellbeing, health, and insurance offerings
• Work with stakeholders and external partners to implement and manage benefits programs
Projects and Initiatives
• Contribute to people focused projects and cross functional initiatives
• Support broader organisational activities aimed at strengthening culture and employee experience
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience working within warehousing, manufacturing, or production environments
• Strong understanding of ANZ employment legislation
• Confident communication, coaching, and relationship building skills
• Strong organisational capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to undertake occasional travel within the region
